State and Fereral Documents have embedded security features and these are designed to make if difficult to forge and duplicate.
Here are two examples. The first is the Obama marriage certificate. I did a search and was able to locate it. A used the same method used on the forged Obama COLB, adjusting the brightness and contrast to bring out the security featues. In the marriage certificate the words “VOID” are clearly visible, when using this method. This image has three different degrees of adjustment and I pasted the sections onto the origional as so you could see that they are real.
Here is my Son’s COLB issued in 2006 from the State of Washington. Using the same method as above again the words “VOID” are clearly visible. However these features are NOT clearly seen just by looking at the documents.
Remember Obama’s COLB is showing No embossed Seal. It is a computer generated forgery. The Security lines are discussed below, showing NO breakage from any stamp or SEAL being applied.

II’ve been following this from day one, and here’s what I don’t understand.
I was immediately satisfied that the COLB was a forgery because the serial number was redacted. The only reason to do that is stop a date check against the preceding and proceeding documents. IOW, if the proffered Obama COLB was numbered 12345, then one could check numbers 12344, and 12346 to see if they match fonts, paper, styles, etc. It would also establish a date of issuance. So why, when anyone can get a legitimate COLB issued by Hawaii, by having a single Hawaiian citizen vouch for the information contained therein which Obama’s grandparents could easily have done. I have been unable to fathom a reason why Obama would use a forged document when he could have obtained a legitimate document. Except this.
If the original COLB was vouched for in, say 2000, before he ran for the Senate, it would have raised all kinds of questions. But, by releasing a forgery that shows a 1961 issuance, he satisfies the casual observer, and any query made to the State of Hawaii will come back – “There is a valid COLB for Obama.” Am I the only person bothered by this disconnect between the ease of obtaining and valid document, and the public offering of a forgery? Is there another explanation?

The COLB was forged and the information that is normally filled in by cross referencing the long form or Vault copy. The template that was used to crete the forgery is available on the internet. I even use a cheap graphics program and create the same Obama COLB in less then 5 min. Talk about Identity theft.
If you look at the security lines, you can see that there is NO breakage in the lines, to indicate an EMBOSSED SEAL was ever applied. The State of Hawaii, has stated and repeated “They do not release documents electronically, not would any document be released with the Date stamp or SEAL”. So therfore HOW did Obama obtain his without one? He couldn’t have. One of my video’s even gives a reference to the person who admitted he created it.
Also be advised that the reference number that you mentioned referes back to the long form Vault copy and the State of Hawaii can only and has only stated they have one on file. They can not release any information that it contains.
As a prime example “The Father of Modern China” Dr. Sun Yat-Sen was issued a Hawaiian Birth Certificate, by false information to the State of Hawaii.

In this Typewritten Certificate of Hawaiian Birth dated March 14, 1904, Dr. Sun Yat-Sen signed an affidavit that he was born in Hawaii on Nov. 24, 1870 (in reality he was born in China in 1866).
Of course, this is not true bec Sun Yat-Sen, the Father of Modern China, was born in China.
Sun Yat-sen was born on 12 November 1866, to a peasant family in the village of Cuiheng, Xiangshan county , Guangzhou prefecture, Guangdong province (26 km or 16 miles north of Macau).
