Barack Obama has been caught in a number of lies concerning Obamacare aka the Affordable Healthcare Act, the biggest among these is even the biggest political lie of the year, ‘If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor’

Barack Obama is now accountable for the following violation of US Code.

18 U.S. CODE § 1035 – FALSE STATEMENTS RELATING TO HEALTH CARE MATTERS

(a) Whoever, in any matter involving a health care benefit program, knowingly and willfully—

(1) falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact; or

(2) makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statements or representations, or makes or uses any materially false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry,

in connection with the delivery of or payment for health care benefits, items, or services, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.

(b) As used in this section, the term “health care benefit program” has the meaning given such term in section 24 (b) of this title.

Read on and here is a list of 23 lies Barack Obama has been caught stating, knowingly repeating them, knowingly that they were false, misleading and deceptive.

Obama does not celebrate Christmas

Is Kwanzaa Fading Away?

Magic 8 Ball says: “Very likely.”

First a bit of history. Kwanzaa was concocted in 1966 by a black supremacist communist named Maulana Karenga (aka: Robert McKinley Everett) as an alternative to the white European holiday of Christmas.

Kwanzaa, the Swahili word for “harvest” is as phony as it’s creator’s adopted name. No such celebration ever existed in Africa, in fact, during the time of the so-called ‘African harvest festival’ here in America it’s the middle of the growing season in Africa. Apparently geography wasn’t one of Karenga’s strong suits.

In 2006 Karenga maintained that his invented holiday is celebrated worldwide by 28 million people. However, a 2004 poll found that only about 4.7 million blacks planned to observe the holiday here in the US and only 12 million worldwide. In 2011 that number dropped to 2 million and this year it’s estimated that only 250,000 will be taking part.

It’s interesting to note that the Obama family who, despite their claims of being Christian, don’t celebrate Christmas and despite their political leanings, they don’t celebrate Kwanzaa either. In fact the only holiday that the Obama’s routinely pay respects to is Ramadan by throwing a yearly White House dinner to mark the end of the Muslim month of fasting. Draw your own conclusions.

I have some theories why Kwanzaa never caught on with mainstream blacks here in the US. To start with many older blacks are decidedly Christian. Secondly, Christmas is fun, the lights, the festivities, the gifts. Thirdly, for those younger secular blacks so enured to the hip-hop culture, the idea of sitting around contemplating hard work and personal responsibility leaves much to be desired, especially when they have video games like ‘Grand Theft Auto’ sitting under the tree.

The bottom line is that there is nothing contrived by Communists that ever stands the test of time. Largely this is because everything about Communism violates human nature and commonsense.

Al Jazeera’s blog posted a story Monday featuring tweets from the Director of Research at the Brookings Center in Doha, Qatar, who reported that an Egyptian newspaper’s front page story claimed President Barack Obama is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood.

 

The Obama administration allowed into government agencies Islamic groups and activists tied to the Muslim Brotherhood who now influence U.S. anti-terrorism policies and endanger the nation, charges a newly released book.

In “Impeachable Offenses: The Case to Remove Barack Obama from Office,” New York Times bestselling authors Aaron Klein and Brenda J. Elliott document Obama not only aided the rise to power of Islamic extremist groups in the Middle East but ushered likeminded extremists into the gates of the White House, with Muslim Brotherhood groups serving on important national security advisory boards.

Under Barack Obama, who has been outed as a Muslim Brotherhood member and his brother is a financier of the Muslim Brotherhood with tax exempt status, former Muslim Brotherhood Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi received the following:

• $1 billion worth of German U-boats at US taxpayer expense
• At least 20 F-16 fighter jets
• $250 million in taxpayer money
• 4 More F-16 fighter jets
• Sent US troops into Egypt to quash protests against the Muslim Brotherhood earlier this year
• Sent $1.3 billion

Remember, Mohamed Morsi was implicated in the attacks on Benghazi. Even the Egyptian people understood that Barack Obama was a supporter of terrorism and either Barack Obama is a complete moron, or he knows exactly what he is doing. One of Egypt’s politicians admitted that the United States is their enemy!

This is just the tip of the iceberg. Barack Obama has installed members of the Muslim Brotherhood in the highest seats in our federal government, including:

• Arif Alikhan – Assistant Secretary for Policy Development for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
• Mohamed Elibiary – Homeland Security Adviser, whom we called out on this occasion and this occasion.
• Rashad Hussain – Special Envoy to the (OIC) Organization of the Islamic Conference.
• Salam al-Marayati – Obama Adviser, founder of Muslim Public Affairs Council and its current executive director.
• Imam Mohamed Magid – Obama’s Sharia Czar, Islamic Society of North America.
• Eboo Patel – Advisory Council on Faith-Based Neighborhood Partnerships.

Now for Nelson Mandela , The hero of the anti-apartheid struggle was not the saint we want him to be.

The image of Nelson Mandela as a selfless, humble, freedom fighter turned cheerful, kindly old man, is well established in the West. If there is any international leader on whom we can universally heap praise it is surely he. But get past the halo we’ve placed on him without his permission, and Nelson Mandela had more than a few flaws which deserve attention.

He signed off on the deaths of innocent people, lots of them

Nelson Mandela was the head of UmKhonto we Sizwe, (MK), the terrorist wing of the ANC and South African Communist Party. At his trial, he had pleaded guilty to 156 acts of public violence including mobilising terrorist bombing campaigns, which planted bombs in public places, including the Johannesburg railway station. Many innocent people, including women and children, were killed by Nelson Mandela’s MK terrorists. Here are some highlights

In reversal, Obama says he lived with uncle

President Obama acknowledged on Thursday that he lived with his Kenyan uncle for a brief period in the 1980s while preparing to attend Harvard Law School, contradicting a statement more than a year ago that the White House had no record of the two ever meeting.

Their relationship came into question on Tuesday at the deportation hearing of his uncle, Onyango Obama, in Boston immigration court. His uncle had lived in the United States illegally since the 1970s and revealed in testimony for the first time that his famous nephew had stayed at his Cambridge apartment for about three weeks. At the time, Onyango Obama was here illegally and fighting deportation.

On Thursday, a White House official said the press office had not fully researched the relationship between the president and his uncle before telling the Globe that they had no record of the two meeting. This time, the press office asked the president directly, which they had not done in 2011.

“The president first met Omar Obama when he moved to Cambridge for law school,” said White House spokesman Eric Schultz. “The president did stay with him for a brief period of time until his apartment was ready. After that, they saw each other once every few months, but after law school they fell out of touch. The president has not seen him in 20 years, has not spoken with him in 10.”

he White House said Obama’s immigration case was handled “without any interference from the president or the White House.”

Onyango Obama’s immigration case raised numerous concerns about a potential conflict of interest after his arrest in August 2011 for drunken driving in Framingham. The arrest revealed his outstanding deportation orders and his relationship to the president.

Shortly after his arrest, he told an officer, “I think I will call the White House.”

Obama is the second relative of the president’s father to face deportation to Kenya since he took office.

Zeituni Onyango, Obama’s sister, won asylum in 2010 after a federal official disclosed days before the president’s historic election in 2008 that she was living illegally in the United States, in Boston public housing.

President Obama had written in his memoir, “Dreams from My Father,” that he had met Zeituni Onyango, his aunt.

But his relationship with his uncle, nicknamed Omar, was less clear.

In November 2011, a White House spokesman said he had no record of the two ever meeting. The Washington Post had also reported that scholars believed the two had never met.

The White House never moved to correct the record, until the president’s famously private uncle took the witness stand in Boston immigration court two days ago.

Onyango Obama, now a 69-year-old liquor store manager in Framingham, said he had helped numerous students and had relatives in the United States, including his nephew, Barack Obama.

He said the president had stayed with him at his Cambridge apartment for three weeks when he came to attend Harvard Law School in the 1980s.

“It’s a good thing to let your nephew stay with you,” he said after the hearing, adding that in his family, “your brother’s kids are your kids as well.”

The president’s father, Barack Obama Sr., had helped Onyango Obama come to America in 1963 to attend an elite boys’ school in Cambridge. But Obama testified that he could not afford the tuition after the first year and graduated instead from public school in Cambridge. He said he went on to earn a degree in philosophy from Boston University, but the university would not confirm that.

On Tuesday, immigration Judge Leonard I. Shapiro granted Obama legal residency based on what he said was his good moral character and a section of federal law that allows him to get a green card because he arrived before 1972.

The president’s father, Barack Obama Sr., and his family were rarely in the president’s life. Obama Sr. died in a car crash in 1982. The president was raised by his mother’s family.

Obama lies concerning past exposed

President Barack Obama’s uncle testified at a deportation hearing on Tuesday that Obama stayed with him while he was attending Harvard Law School in the 1980s, contradicting the White House’s claim that the two had never met. The uncle’s former landlord, who reportedly served as a witness at the hearing, also said the president once lived with his uncle.

A judge decided to let Onyango “Omar” Obama, a Kenyan national, remain in the United States after he was arrested for drunk driving in 2011.

Shortly after his arrest, the White House argued President Obama had never even met his uncle when reporters asked questions about their relationship.

As reported Obama’s illegal alien uncle, Onyango Obama, ignored a deportation order and has been living illegally in the United States since the 70’s. Today, the same judge that granted asylum to Obama’s illegal alien aunt, Zeituni Onyango, also granted Onyango Obama asylum citing ‘good moral character‘.

 

Good moral characters don’t disregard the law and remain where that have been ordered to leave.  Zeituni Onyango also is here illegally and both have questionable Social Security numbers.  As reported here earlier,  documents seem to be an issue with all the Obama’s

Krauthammer: Dems Will Regret Allowing Obama’s ‘Lawlessness’

Appearing on Friday night’s On the Record, conservative columnist Charles Krauthammer strongly criticized President Barack Obama for his “cavalier attitude” towards the separation of powers enshrined in the Constitution. “Democrats will rue the day that they allowed all this,” Krauthammer declared. “I’m talking about how the administration, particularly the president, seems to think that he has the right to change duly passed statutes on his own or to suspend parts of laws on his own,” Krauthammer said when asked to clarify his critique of the Obama administration’s “lawlessness.”

“The Constitution is pretty clear,” he continued, “the Congress passes the laws and the president executes the laws.”

Krauthammer cited Obama’s unilateral delaying of aspects of the Affordable Care Act and his appointing of administration officials via recess appointment while the Senate was in session. “This is a very cavalier attitude,” he added.

The columnist said that the president’s direction to insurers to reinstate policies that were cancelled as a result of new coverage requirements in the ACA is the most recent and most egregious example of Obama’s “lawlessness.”

“Obama’s own law is something that he ignores,” Krauthammer asserted.

“Do you think this is on the rise inside the beltway?” fill-in anchor Harris Faulkner asked, observing that this style of executive governance has been an increasing over the decades.

“I think it is because I think there is so much hostilities between the parties that the one party in power is willing to overlook all kinds of illegalities, all kinds of violation of constitutional norms, if it satisfies their political interests, if it advances their agenda,” Krauthammer agreed
