The Preponderance of the Evidence or The Seriousness of the Charge

Another newspaper article has emerged that in not one quote but two point to Kenya as the birthplace of Barack Hussein Obama. 

The Tanzania Daima published an article in Swahili dated September 2, 2006, which, using Google Translator, seems to state that Barack Hussein Obama was born in the country of Kenya. …continued at link(s) below.

First significant quote:
“Government here imemshambulia U.S. senator, born here, Barack Obama, Kenyans and kubeza ikimtuhumu kuwatukana yojipatia success when they tour here in nature.”

Second significant quote:

“He’s born here, who live in the U.S. during his visit every whither he was received with great reception of thousands of Kenyans and was gumzo country, including places he visits the town of his grandmother on his father’s village.”

The fact remains that it was only after one speech at the Democratic Party Convention in 2004, that Barack Hussein Obama can onto the scene. Till that time as a Senator his place of birth did not matter, just like others that have been documented as Mel Martinez, former US Senator born in Cuba.

As a junior State Senator from Illinois is when he traveled to Africa, it was these newspaper references that have been posted and noted state that he was born in Kenya, even the AP wires.

Until he was running for the Presidency, He had only 130+ days as a US Senator before starting to campaign for the Presidency and as such not much outside contact that afforded him a cover story of being born in Hawaii.

The preponderance of the evidence, or in laymans terms; the greater weight of the evidence has numerous statements both on official records and in print that in fact Barack Hussein bama was born in Kenya. In absence of a valid, certified, and authentic long form birth certificate from any hospital, doctor, or birthing facility in the United States all evidence points to a foreign birth. 

 The mountain of evidence that is emerging that Barack Hussein Obama is not who and what he portrayed himself to be to the American electorate, the deception goes beyond using forged douments and a farbricated past to swindle the American public into believing that he was Constitutionally  eligible as per the United States Constitution. That same evidence is exposing the corruption in the United States Congress and the Judicial Branch and those that were complicit in the crime of treason against the United States Constitution, which they swore to uphold and protect and the citizens of this nation.

After repeated attempts to have their concerns redressed and investigated and properly handled, they have willingly and with malice and forethought forfeited their obligation, no different the the United States government deciding what laws to enforce when it comes to immigration or cases involving voter intimidation.  Willingly neglecting their oath and obligation is mocking civil government, it’s rules and laws, and the United States Constitution. May God have mercy on their souls, as he will be their final judge.

Another Kenyan Minister states Kenya is Obama’s “home country”!

The following transcript is of an April 14, 2010 debate on the floor of the Kenyan National Assembly. The question under discussion concerns the repatriation of Kenyan artifacts which were removed from the country by colonialists. The Ministers want to know what is being done to return the artifacts, or failing their return, how and when Kenya will be compensated for their loss. They argue that museums in the US and elsewhere have earned money on these artifacts, thus those countries are indebted to Kenya. Importantly, in 2006, when Barack Obama visited Kenya, strategized with, and campaigned on behalf of Raila Odinga, the Senator also promised to help with the return of artifacts to Kenya or to seek financial compensation.

The most amazing question asked on the floor is by Dr. Bonny Khalwale, of the Ikolomani Constituency, and concerns the “repatriation” of Barack Obama! Dr. Khalwale’s remarks are highlighted in red in one of the paragraphs below the fold.

If I was allowed a vote in the Kenyan National Assembly, I would happily vote yea for repatriating Barack Obama to his “home country” (0:45). What say you?

Dr. Khalwale: Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister has told us that the office of the then Senator Obama gave him a lot of assistance. That is very good to hear. Could he tell us what commitment the same office made by way of compensation to this country because those artefacts in those museums have been attracting visitors who were paying to view them? What commitment did they make about compensation and more importantly, the biggest artefact in the USA today that belongs to this country is one Barrack Obama. How does he intend to repatriate himself or part of the money that is realized from all the royalties that he is attracting across the whole world?

The Assistant Minister for Roads (Dr. Machage): On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Is the hon. Member right to refer to the President of the USA as an artefact? Mr. Speaker: Dr. Khalwale, you are out of order! The President of the USA cannot be classified as an artefact. You should withdraw and apologize. Repatriate- To restore or return to the country of birth citizenship or origin

Kenyan official: Obama born here, “not even a native American.”

During debate over the draft of a new Kenyan constitution, James Orengo, the country’s minister of lands and a member of parliament for the Ugenya constituency, cited America’s election of a Kenyan-born president as an example of what can be accomplished when diverse peoples unite:

The Kenyan lawmaker told the nation’s parliament last month that Barack Obama was born in Africa and is therefore “not even a native American.”

The full quote; “If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation, how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the President of America? It is because they did away with exclusion. What has killed us here is exclusion; that once Mr. Orengo is President, I know of no other place than Ugenya. That is why we were fighting against these many Presidencies in the past. I hope that Kenya will come of age. This country must come of age. People want freedom and nations want liberation, but countries want independence.” It appears that the Kenyan Government has changed the location of the file.

The statement is on page 31 of the PDF document. Also when did the United States do away with exclusion? What exclusion? The Natural Born Citizen clause? When was this done?

So who is James Orengo?

James Orengo, (James Jimmy-Jimmy Owadgi Adhiambo Orengo) is a lawyer and former presidential candidate in Kenya. Orengo has since been sworn in as a Minister for Lands in the new Coalition Government formed by the National Accord Act of 2008. As of 2007 he is still the SDP chairman. The party supported Raila Odinga of Orange Democratic Movement at the 2007 general elections. Raila Odinga is the first cousin of Barack Obama.

The Kenyan Parliment, official record, link posted on my blog, states the following:

Pg 3275; “Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the President-elect, Mr. Obama, is a son of the soil of this country. Every other country in this continent is celebrating the Obama win. It is only proper and fitting that the country which he originates from should show the same excitement, pomp and colour. I, therefore, seek leave of the House that we adjourn to discuss the issue”

Directly backing up, what country Barack Obama was born in, not ancestral, but which ‘HE’ originates from.

Mr. Deputy Speaker: Order, Mr. Vice-President! We are citizens of the Republic of Kenya! This is a supreme institution of this country. Our responsibility is to our country, first and foremost.

We are not citizens of the USA! Much as we appreciate and we are all happy; nonetheless we are a country ourselves.

So, it is not an excuse for a Minister to be away from his own Parliament, because he is celebrating the victory of another presidential candidate in another country.

The Assistant Minister for Water and Irrigation (Mr. Kiunjuri): Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as you can see, people are really celebrating.

However, I am wondering whether the Americans have not reported to work and yet it is their victory.

I am also hoping that there will be no homecoming for Obama. If there is one, the Leader of Government Business should alert us in good time so that we can set up a committee to organize for his homecoming.  *[note – Obama having a Homecoming to Kenya!]

At the beginning of this year, Senator Barrack Obama called me at midnight and told me: “Mr. Vice President, could you make sure you sort out this problem?” I want to assure him that the problem has since been sorted out.
